Mexican company in the food industry with 13 different brands and approximately 1000 employees

Key Challenge

Following rapid expansion through multi-brand acquisitions, the executive board faced severe operational fragmentation. Each brand operated as an isolated silo with distinct subcultures, leading to misaligned employee performance metrics, fractured management approaches, and lower engagement scores. The overarching corporate identity was diluted, impeding long-term business continuity and scalable talent retention.

Root Cause

Ewolves’ initial diagnostic assessment identified that the company lacked an institutionalised framework for executive leadership and people management. Rapid product and market scaling had bypassed structural human capital alignment. There was no shared foundational organisational culture, clear corporate values, or standardised HR toolsets to unite the 1,000-strong multi-brand workforce.

What We Have Done

Ewolves deployed a multi-phased corporate culture transformation and leadership alignment roadmap over a strict four-year intervention period. Our strategic advisory work focused on the following pillars:

  • Corporate Strategy Refinement: Recalibrated long-term corporate goals to ensure people operations and organisational health directly drive business objectives.

  • Values Co-Creation & Alignment: Developed and embedded a unified set of actionable corporate values across all 13 operating brands.

  • Comprehensive Workplace Audits: Administered rigorous, data-driven employee engagement surveys to systematically capture frontline and corporate sentiments.

  • Change Management & Leadership Enablement: Actively engaged senior executives, middle management, and operations teams to champion the unified corporate culture transition.

  • Leadership Institutionalisation & Coaching: Conducted targeted leadership development modules and established a high-performance framework for executives.

  • HR Infrastructure & Tool Deployment: Designed and deployed custom HR tools and robust human capital management structures required to sustain organisational growth.

Our Impact

The systematic workforce and cultural overhaul delivered outstanding results, culminating at the end of the 4-year initiative:

  • Official “Great Place to Work” Certification: Successfully achieved the global benchmark certification, validating the client’s status as an employer of choice.

  • Institutionalised Governance: Transitioned from decentralised founder-led operations to a highly mature, structured corporate management model.

  • Unified Enterprise Identity: Successfully dismantled operational silos, creating a high-performance culture shared across all 13 distinct brands.

Was mich antreibt:
