Project reference from a healthcare corporation with approximately 1100 employees

Key Challenge:

Following a strategic corporate acquisition in Germany, the parent enterprise faced severe friction during the onboarding of the new German subsidiary. The newly acquired entity suffered from operational silos, misaligned standards, high employee turnover (attrition), and a fractured relationship between the international corporate headquarters in Mexico and the local management team in Germany. The immediate priority was to stabilise the workforce, mitigate talent attrition, and elevate the local working climate to meet global corporate benchmarks.

Root Cause:

An extensive operational audit revealed deep-seated cultural misalignment and a lack of structured leadership development within the newly acquired German branch. The local workforce felt disconnected from the parent company’s core values, resulting in declining employee satisfaction, a lack of trust in the management team, and a high employee rotation rate that threatened operational continuity.

What We Have Done:

Ewolves engineered a comprehensive, 12-month post-merger integration and cultural alignment framework focused on systemic organisational health:

  • Data-Driven Diagnostics: Executed deep-dive baseline employee engagement surveys to pinpoint critical areas of friction and cultural gaps.

  • Structural & Personnel Realignment: Formulated strategic recommendations and executed targeted organizational adjustments to align the subsidiary’s HR framework with group standards.

  • Performance Management Architecture: Introduced a robust, transparent performance management system to establish clear KPIs, accountability, and merit-based career progression.

  • Executive Enablement & Team Dynamics: Deployed psychometric leadership profiling using the Insights MDI® framework, paired with customised executive coaching and intensive team-building workshops to rebuild cross-cultural trust.

Our Impact:

A follow-up independent workforce audit conducted at the 12-month mark demonstrated exceptional cultural stabilization and measurable quantitative gains:

Key Performance Indicator Strategic Outcome
Employee Satisfaction Increased by 15% year-over-year
Workforce Engagement Index Grew by 10%, reaching an outstanding 83% overall
Leadership Trust Rating Achieved a 95% positive approval rating for the management team
Workforce Stabilization Drastically reduced employee turnover, successfully achieving unified global “Great Place to Work” standards

Client Feedback:

“Ramona’s counsel and strategic intervention were instrumental in stabilizing our subsidiary in Germany. She did not only demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, but also possessed the unique capability to swiftly grasp our corporate culture and the core objectives of this project. We would choose to collaborate with Ms Litzenberger again at any given opportunity; she remains our first choice for future executive development and organizational initiatives within our corporation.”

Was mich antreibt:
