This IS consulting taken to the next level. First and foremost, they stressed the importance of employee engagerment and getting a critical level of participation and information. The review of the survey results was brutally honest in both celebrating our achievements and highlighting our critical areas for improvement. In the next steps we used the comments and data from the surveys to ask questions that helped us define our 'CORE' principals. The work didn't stop there as the next step was how do we not just talk about the change but enact and then operationalize and execute the change. The last 2 items are what truly separates EWolves, you are given tasks and a methodology to enact the change you want to see!
