Wir glauben, dass Führung bei sich selbst beginnt, durch andere wächst und mächtig wird, wenn Verantwortung geteilt wird. Entwickeln Sie sich selbst. Beziehen Sie andere ein. Geben Sie Macht ab. Was wir von Wölfen lernen

Entwickle dich selbst bedeutet, dass jeder Wolf seine Stärken kennt, die Umgebung liest und bewusst und verantwortungsbewusst handelt. Kein Ego, keine Prahlerei – nur Präsenz, Erfahrung und Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf voranzuschreiten.

Was mich motiviert:

Ich bin von einer positiven Lebenseinstellung geprägt. “Ethics First, Team Up & Think Positive” sind die Werte, für die ich stehe. Mein Leitprinzip ist “Nichts ist unmöglich”, denn es gibt immer einen Weg: den Mut, die Komfortzone zu verlassen und andere einzubeziehen, um die kollektive Intelligenz des Teams bestmöglich zur Lösungsfindung zu nutzen.

Ich glaube fest daran: Große Veränderungen entstehen im Kleinen. In unserem täglichen Handeln als Individuen, als Teams und als Organisationen – durch viele kleine Schritte. In der Art, wie wir führen, miteinander umgehen und Organisationen gestalten. Mein Antrieb ist es, Menschen, Teams und Organisationen dabei zu unterstützen, ihr volles Potenzial zu entfalten. Mit analytischem Blick und pragmatischen Lösungen begleite ich sie dabei, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Veränderungen zu bewirken, die sie sich für ihr Umfeld wünschen. Meine besondere Stärke liegt darin, genau zuzuhören und den Blick für das Zusammenspiel zwischen Menschen und System zu schärfen.
