Ik word gedreven door een positieve levenshouding. “Eerst Ethiek, Samenwerken & Positief Denken” zijn de waarden waar ik voor sta. Mijn leidende principe is “Niets is onmogelijk”, omdat er altijd een weg is: durf je comfortzone te verlaten en betrek anderen om de collectieve intelligentie van het team optimaal te benutten bij het vinden van oplossingen.

Middels mijn werk wil ik een bijdrage leveren aan het in stand houden van een sterke middenklasse in Duitsland en aan het opbouwen van economieën in ontwikkelings- en opkomende landen – elementen die naar mijn mening essentieel zijn voor de democratie van morgen (en de wereld van morgen voor mijn kinderen).
